The default 3 day ping is set for links in your account that have already been pinged previously. If you add new content / posts to your blog, then we recommend that you add the URL or link of the new post / content to your pingler account and it will be pinged within 12 hours.

We are working on facilitating an auotmated system for this purpose but for now, you may just copy paste your new links / URLs into your account and they will immediately be queued to be pinged.
